Chicago, Illinois
Ingri C. Hartwig, Esq. Ms. Hartwig was awarded her Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse in 2000, and her Juris Doctorate from Marquette University Law School in 2004. She is licensed to practice law in Illinois and Wisconsin, and joined Jill M. Metz & Associates as an associate in 2008. Prior to deciding to go to law school, she considered getting her Ph.D. in child psychology because she wanted to focus on families in crisis, as well as children with learning disabilities. Instead, she decided to go to law school where she could actively advocate for children and families in and out of the courtroom. She is happy to be working for Jill M. Metz & Associates where she can be an advocate for families, children and individuals who may not be overtly protected by today's laws. Ms. Hartwig is active in Chicago Metropolitan Sports Association participating in four seasonal sports. She has done volunteer work with New Horizon's Women's Shelter, a shelter for battered women and children in WI, Habitat for Humanity, and the Humane Society. Her focus on working with people in need has prepared her for the unique perspective a lawyer must have in a client focused practice. |
